Supporting Children As They Grow

At Lifespan Health, we provide tailored mental health services for children, focusing on early intervention and support. Our experienced clinicians work with children with a range of conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, Autism and behavioural difficulties. We offer both psychological assessments and therapy to help children navigate the difficulties they face. Our approach is empathetic and developmental, ensuring that each child receives the most appropriate care at their stage of life. Early intervention can have a lasting positive impact and we are dedicated to helping children build resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Comprehensive Psychology Assessments (CPAs)

We offer CPAs for children to identify emotional, developmental and behavioural needs. These assessments provide valuable insights into a child’s strengths and differences, helping to guide their treatment and educational planning.

Telehealth and In-Clinic Services

We offer flexible mental health services through telehealth and clinic appointments, ensuring accessibility regardless of location. Our telehealth platform provides clients with the same high-quality care as in-person sessions, supporting both convenience and consistency.

How We Do It

Some of
Our Methods

We use evidence-based approaches to help individuals manage mental health issues, trauma and emotional regulation – tailoring our approach to suit our client’s needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

A goal-oriented therapy focusing on identifying and changing negative thought patterns to improve emotional regulation and behaviour.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Encourages individuals to accept thoughts and feelings, while committing to actions aligned with their values to improve mental wellbeing.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

A form of CBT designed to help individuals regulate emotions, manage stress and develop healthier relationships.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A psychotherapy approach that uses guided eye movements to process and resolve trauma, reducing emotional distress associated with traumatic memories.
