Lifespan Health offers adolescent-focused mental health services that help young people navigate the complexities of growing up. Adolescence can be a challenging time, with issues such as identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and peer relationships coming to the forefront. Our clinicians provide individual offering a supportive environment to discuss emotions and develop coping strategies. We also work closely with families and schools to ensure holistic support for the adolescent’s mental health.

Comprehensive Psychology Assessments (CPAs)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

A goal-oriented therapy focusing on identifying and changing negative thought patterns to improve emotional regulation and behaviour.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Encourages individuals to accept thoughts and feelings, while committing to actions aligned with their values to improve mental wellbeing.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

A form of CBT designed to help individuals regulate emotions, manage stress and develop healthier relationships.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A psychotherapy approach that uses guided eye movements to process and resolve trauma, reducing emotional distress associated with traumatic memories.
