Therapeutic Approaches

Our therapy services are grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. We draw on a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients manage stress, regulate emotions and develop practical coping strategies.

We focus on addressing common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and trauma, delivering effective treatments that support lasting improvements in wellbeing. Our goal is to equip clients with the tools and strategies needed to navigate life’s challenges and thrive emotionally.

How We Do It

Some of
Our Methods

We use evidence-based approaches to help individuals manage mental health issues, trauma and emotional regulation – tailoring our approach to suit our client’s needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

A goal-oriented therapy focusing on identifying and changing negative thought patterns to improve emotional regulation and behaviour.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Encourages individuals to accept thoughts and feelings, while committing to actions aligned with their values to improve mental wellbeing.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

A form of CBT designed to help individuals regulate emotions, manage stress and develop healthier relationships.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A psychotherapy approach that uses guided eye movements to process and resolve trauma, reducing emotional distress associated with traumatic memories.
